An 89.7 acre tract located on the outskirts of the Washington, D.C., market is being cued up for a nearly half a million-square-foot distribution project after the site traded hands late last month in a $1.3 million deal.

CSG Partners, a commercial real estate development and investment company out of Baltimore, Maryland, bought the site along Interstate 95 in Stafford, Virginia, where it plans to develop a new 460,000-square-foot distribution center on spec. The company owns properties along the I-95 corridor from Northern Virginia to Philadelphia. MORE>>
