This five hour program provides an intensive overview of the critical first steps of the new veteran entrepreneur. ABOUT VETERANS BUSINESS BOOTCAMP
Veterans Business Bootcamp is a program instituted by the University of Mary Washington Center for Economic Development and the Stafford County Economic Development and Tourism Office to provide an overview of business ownership to service members. The program is sponsored by the Stafford County Economic Development Authority. The course is open to Veterans of all eras, service members (including members of the National Guard and Reserves) and their spouses.
The curriculum provides assistance to those interested in exploring business ownership or other self-employment opportunities by leading them through the key steps for evaluating business concepts and providing foundational knowledge required to develop a business plan. Prepare to transition out of the service. Attend Veterans Business Bootcamp workshop to determine whether entrepreneurship is a good option.
