"A Little Princess" - Live Print

This musical is an adaptation from the classic book Sara Crewe.  Set in Victorian England, Sara is an heiress to a large fortune, untill the sudden loss of her Father.  She is forced to become a servant to a greedy woman.  When a mysterious gentleman from India moves in next door, curious things begin to happen.  Eventually, she discovers that her fortune has been restored.  This touching story is sure to be one of your family's most memorable holiday treats!  For children of all ages.  Group reservations welcome.

Wedding Sampler Print

Gari Melchers Home & Studio is hosting a Wedding Sampler, an intimate gathering of local vendors specializing in wedding fare.  This will be held in the Studio Pavilion - an ideal location for a wedding.  Admission includes a tour of the studio and the Spotlight Exhibition "The Unpretentious Garden" and the special exhibition "Painting Highlights from the House."  Overlooking the beautiful gardens and the Rappahannock River, the Studio Pavilion at Belmont is a unique location for a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony or reception.  Presentations include:  1:30pm Joyce Waugh--Wedding Planning/Coordinating.  2:30pm Norval Waugh--Wedding Photography.  3:30pm Anita from Write Touch--Invitations.  4:30pm Jan Williams--Floral Designs.  Door prizes drawn every half house.  To register, contact Betsy Labar: blabar@umw.edu.
